You get started by sending an email to admin@switchyarddecals.net and give a summary or description of artwork you need done. We then will decide if we can create such an item, and we will send you a replay within 4hrs sometimes it may take longer like during weekends. We then will ask for a payment of 1/2 due before we start the artwork. We will send an email that you can pay us by using Paypal or send a money order. Once payment was received we will start the process of creating your decals.

We may not reply for several reasons.
1. Our server is down
2. It maybe a weekend and we may not be available for questions or orders.
3. It might be a Holiday.
4. It may be after business hours.

We do prefer PayPal , but we will accept Money Orders and Cashier Checks from US banks. Money Orders can be international Money Orders but made out in US Funds. Nothing outside of North America.
For instock decals it may take up to a full week for shipments to ship. If they are Custom decals it depends on when I get the final go ahead to print. Decals how ever instock or custom will not be shipped on weekends or Holidays. Weather can play a part of shipment due to snow, or health issues.
The Turn around time can vary due to proofing by customer, or my health.
We charge the 1/2 the price fee due to we have some ex-clients who came to us, and we created there artwork sent a sample and they took it to someone else. Its more of a down payment towards your decals. It is not refundable if you decide not to go through with getting the work done.
